Not healthfully: That would be 7+ lbs a week..your metabolism would have to go into starvation yourode and regaining would be likely. You might expose yourself to some dangerous electrolyte/metabolic consequences. It doesn't sound like you really want to be thinner...just look thinner for a day. I would put my effort into gaining self-acceptance for who you are and embracing good health including eating/activity:)
