Terrible Problem: Sleep disturbance is such a terrible problem. You describe not being able to sleep more than six hours as a child? There could be numerous medical causes for this. Also, we see poor sleep as a result of a number of bad habits or "learned behavior" as we call it. These include caffeine, TV, screen time, stress, using bedroom for activities other than sex and sleep. See a doc!
