Can lymph nodes on armpits grow stay for 2 days then disappear then a week later just 1 reappears. what could it be?

Yes: This is suggestive of some inflammation going on evoking an immune response. Can't tell what is causing it however . Do you have any symptoms otherwise? Breast cancer is always a concern especially with females. However at your age this is not high on the list. The evanescent nature of the enlargement also speaks against it.
