Symptoms/ findings: It is not likely that your symptoms are due to sludge, so I would suggest caution in connecting findings with actual symptoms. Xiphoidalgia, for example, is a poorly understood condition that matches your pain description. Would suggest starting with keeping a log for pain exacerbation during the day and meds taken as I see Ibuprofen and Omeprazole among them. Report to your PCP timely.
