Skin shaving : You should see a Dermatologists who can do a simple skin shaving and look at it under the microscope. Once we know what you have we can treat it properly.

In the details.: A whole lot of questions need to be asked and answered in order to get to the bottom of your problem. Things like color, inflammation, itching and location for a start.
