Very serious : The situation you describe is literally life and death. You must be under the care of a competent psychiatrist and comply absolutely with your meds, or your mind may play a terrible trick on you, and you may do something that may have terrible consequences. Please comply. Off meds, recurrence is very probable. Meds and CBT can give you a happy life
