See a doc.: While I don't know what a "prepous" is, any new lumps need that don't go away in a week or two, need to be checked. Also, unexplained weight loss needs to be evaluated. There are a lot of possible explanations. You need to be examined and have any testing that is recommended after being examined. Keep a food diary and count ALL calories each day (including calories in condiments like catsup).
