Depends: If the sore throat is indeed from post-nasal drips, it will likely bothers you as long as there is post-nasal drips. Having said that, this association is far less common than believed by most people. If problem persists >1 week even after you have taken medication (nasal steroid?) for nasal allergies, see your doctor.
