Pain right lower bac: Could be stone, UTI/ pyelonephritis or early shingles before the rash comes out, may also be from constipation , ovary , an atypical presentation of appendicitis/ gallbladder . Ant issues with breathing? rarely could be clot. Woudl f/u/ w/ doc ER/ urgent care today need urine, and evaluation .
