Urgent assessment : Please see a doctor urgently for examination. Need to rapidly exclude infection in the wrist joint or some sort of inflammatory arthritis (although could also be gout). Needs examination and may require tests to sort out the diagnosis

See doctor: See the doctor to treat this for you. Sounds like a ganglion cyst but you need exam then treatment plan once final diagnosis is made.

Possible ganglion: cyst, an accumulation of gelatinous joint fluis which forms at flexing parts of the body. I suggest an orthoppedic evaluation.
