I have a pea sized bump on the top of my hand, its hard and it doesnt hurt but i can move it around slightly but i dont know what it is.

Cyst: this is likely a synovial cyst which is an out-pouching from your wrist. The synovial lining weakens and pushes out between your bones. A cyst can develop on your tendons too. See your doctor or an orthopedist.

A cyst: it is a pillar cyst even if it does feel very hard nothing to worry about your doctor can remove it if you choose to do so
