My feet & hands are swelling in the night i'm waking up and my hands are numb swollen i can't feel them.feet severe pain walking hurt bad. pls advise?

Neuropathy: Nerve pain is due to a cause. I would start with a doctor check up and labs. Peripheral neuropathy could be caused by diabetes, deficiency of B12 and Folic Acid, reduced kidney function, arthritis or other. The causes are treatable with oral medication. The pain will only get worse without treatment.
