Systemic Concern: In my practice i see patients with swollen hands due to a variety of conditions mostly inflammatory in nature but my concern is with all your extremities swollen this could be a very serious problem ranging from congestive heart failure, hypertension, hormonal imbalance, or even renal disease. I would urge you to bring this to the attention of your primary care physician as soon as possible.
