I got bit by something 2 days ago which left a small red bump. yesterday it had a whitehead on it that resembled a pimple. it doesn't itch at all. how can i identify what bit me and if i should seek medical attention or not?

Observe pimple. Dont: pop it. If the redness/ soreness continues to grow, seek medical attention. Watch for systemic signs of illness like fever,chills,nausea/vomiting,spreading rash. All bad signs and must see doc. Otherwise,sometimes a pimple is just a pimple.
