On ECHO, Septum size is 0.97 cm with normal limits less than 1.2 cm and Post. Wall Thickness is 0.9 cm with normal limits less than 1.2 cm. EF =60% According to the above data does this person have LVH, HCM, or Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy?
