I doubt cancer: this pain could be something mild or trivial such as a muscle contraction in the pelvis, bladder or rectum. unfortunately the diagnosis of prostate cancer is more complicated than simple symptoms. if you are around 50 and have a family history of prostate cancer, consider discussing this question with a doctor. Your fears may vanish sooner than you think.
