Here are some...: It is well known to have a hereditary trend to develop the same cancer among offspring and sibling of cancer patients. For prostate cancer, an altered locus in chromosone 1q24-25 has been identified to link with higher odd to develop prostate cancer of higher grade at earlier age. Despite knowing of such linkage, nothing could be done to divert it, but watch with more vigilance.
