i have a really itchy area above my anus. it has been like this on and off for about a week. there is now a sore spot where it is has a bit of pus and rash from scratching. what can i put on it?

Depends : Have to work out whether it's irritant dermatitis or yeast infection or something more concerning such as lichen planus. This will determine the best treatment. See doctor for examination

Pus: Pus mostly signifies bacterial infection . You can try topical antibiotics cream and see doctor if not improving or getting worse .
