Depends : Have to work out whether it's irritant dermatitis or yeast infection or something more concerning such as lichen planus. This will determine the best treatment. See doctor for examination

Pus: Pus mostly signifies bacterial infection . You can try topical antibiotics cream and see doctor if not improving or getting worse .
