Interesting question: By "press" do you mean doing anything other than using your hand to aim? If so, then of course stop doing whatever it is that you mean by pressing. If it happens just by touching, it might conceivably mean something else is going on. You might want to just try sitting down to urinate. If you have ever had an inguinal hernia you might be more at risk for an umbilical hernia. See a surgeon.
