See your Dr.: This combination of symptoms is worrisome. You need to have a good exam and history taken to start to define what it is going on with you. You will probably need to have some labs done as well.

Infection symptoms: This reaction sounds like an infection from a tick or possibly a worm with possible lyme's disease or other blood infection causing the remaining symptoms. A visit to your primary care doctor would be advisable.
