Seizures are the...: Seizures are the result of abnormalities in the brain structure, imbalances in brain chemistry or electrical signals, etc... Seizures are not the cause of the brain problems, but rather the person's brain problems may be causing her seizures. That means seizures and brain cancer can both be present and each may be due to a different cause, but one's seizures do not cause cancer.
