i am experiencing constant vaginal itching especially at night &anus as well. had std swabs done came back neg why am i so itchy? red raw after rub it

Standard swabs?: What were those standard swabs and did the MD even look at the affected area? If not, get a 2nd opinion as there may be a infection or irritant in this area. By the way, make sure that you are using a benign soap such as Dove, Caress or Ivory and rinsing your underwear thoroughly to remove all residual soap powder.

Think about hookworm, a parasite that migrates to the anus and surrounding areas, specially at night, causing intense itching. Have stool studied for ova and parasites and a "tape test".
