Splenic cyst, 16-17cm, no other symptoms, extensive bloodwork, no parasitic infection, no malignancy, can't conclude if hydatid or of what kind. ?

Leave it alone: Benign cysts like this are uncommon, mysterious, and a non-problem. They're probably little developmental things, like dimples only involving the spleen, and that grow over time. If you're confident that you don't have echinococcus (travel history is key), forget about it.
