Exam: A complete history & exam are needed. Do you smoke? Do you have a fever? Any other symptoms? Please go to a clinic for an exam as soon as possible. A chest X-ray and standard lab studies are needed. A chronic infection and cancer should be checked for. The sooner a proper diagnosis is made the better your chances for recovery.
