Allergies?: Sounds like allergies, probably to something in the house. As the cooler weather comes, we tend to spend more time inside. And we sleep with the windows closed, so we’re exposed to allergens as we sleep and awaken symptomatic. Pet dander? Dust mites? Mold in a central heating system?
