I have been having chest pains, and my pressure is not up. what could it be?

Rule out heart attak: If the chest pains are not just on inhalation, and there is not a tender spot on the chest wall that makes them worse, and they are not relieved by antacids, and this pain is unfamiliar, then a physician's office visit or emergency room visit is in order. Heart attack, pneumonia, lung infarct, and other dangerous things announce themselves as chest pain.

Further evaluation: Having chest pain does not always mean that your blood pressure should be up. You need further evaluation to rule out heart problems.
