Abdominal pain: The hemorrhoids are unrelated to upper abdominal pain which can be due to gastritis, peptic ulcer,gall bladder or pancreatic disorders. Fatigue is nonspecific. With persistent symptoms like these you should be examined by your physician or gastroenterologist. Appropriate tests will be done in order to make a diagnosis. Hemorrhoids may need no treatment.
