Myocardial infarct: Myocardial infarct finding now present , means the EKG appears to demonstrate that there is EKG evidence of a heart attack . The information does not indicate whether recent or old.In what context was the EKG done and where and what follow up was recommended? Based on this would follow up with doc today at urgent care/ ER and get follow up, if not done . If having chest pain go to ER via 911
