A member asked:

I got stung by a bee a few days ago and i am still having pain in that area and it's swelling now is it something i should be concerned about?

Bee sting: If the swelling is associated with concomitant and spreading redness it would be a cause for concern. Without the presence of redness swelling could be due to the formation of a hematoma caused by some bleeding that occurred from the sting or presence of the stinger under the skin. I recommend an examination by a physician for evaluation and advice.
