Dry socket: You are most likely fine and shouldn't worry about getting a dry socket. Follow directions from your dentist and if something changes or worsens, contact your dentist.

OK: You should be OK. Follow your Dentist's instructions the letter. Pain should diminish a little more every day. If concerned, see your Dentist for post-surgical evaluation.
