Haglund's deformity: Haglund's deformity when painful are usually resolved with surgery to remove such deformity if conservative measures failed. There is nothing wrong with dreaming about normal and beautiful feet, but most important is to have functional pain-free feet..:).

Haglund: Lot of people use heel lift or women wear high heels to shift weight to ball of foot. Surgery will get rid of the deformity. Just remember feet were meant to be functional not beautiful. Clogs or open back shoes really help a lot.
