Sweaty hand and feet: He has a condition known as hyperhiderosis or excessive sweating. It can be hereditary. Drink a lot of fluids and avoid spicy foods. Treatment consists of using drysol which is an antiperspirant. Recently the drug Oxybutynin has been recommended. Good luck.
