A member asked:

Is it safe to eat chocolate that melted and then cooled to room temp and solid again? still in the foil wrapper? tasted fine just the shape ofcourse.

Yes: People do that all the time, without any problem. Often, this happens when a person leaves a chocolate bar in the car, where it melts, and then eats it after it hardens again at home. Basically, if a person has no problem eating the chocolate bar in its original state, she should have no problem eating it after it's melted and re-hardened.
