Autoimmunity: This is a screen for autoimmune disease, particularly systemic lupus. It's not a cancer risk. With the high titer, it's quite concerning but an ANA never means anything at all apart from your symptoms and signs. It's also a test that's infamously prone to technical pitfalls and lab errors.
