Not likely: It sounds like you might have some autoimmune process (although anas are notorious for false positives) which could explain your sedimentation rate. Anemia (assuming this is what you mean by low rbc) has all sorts of causes; your doctor can check your iron levels and a B12 level among others in order to help determine the cause. Don't jump to conclusions!

Probably not: The high ESR and anemia could be related to rhuematological problems. Need further information and evaluation to get the right diagnosis.
