Is a higher ANA titre (1:2560) more likely to be associated with lupus than other autoimmune disorders?

ANA measured 1:640; then follow up 1:1280. Both DENSE fine speckled. Rheum says negative for autoimmune disease, symptoms likely fibro. How can you just ignore an ANA that high? Is it true DFS doesnt indicate anything?
