Fluoride: Brushing with fluoridated toothpaste and using a fluoride rinse will help keep the enamel strong and may minimize decalcification by the strong acid of the lemons. Rinsing immediately afterwards with water can also help. Prolonged acid contact will destroy your teeth.

Best .....: Better that you do not have a habit of eating lemons. Over time it will destroy your teeth regardless of how you try to protect them. It's like saying that you suck lollipops all day long and want to know how to protect your teeth. Better to change a bad habit rather than trying to minimize damage. Eating lemons or sucking lollipops all the time is not essential to a healthy life style.
