Its been over 3 weeks n i m havin sore throat n ear pain i had gone to ent 3 times he gave me antibiotics but its not recovering is it throat cancer?

Hard to say: It may just be a strep throat with mono or another throat virus. Common things are common while throat cancer, which is rare, would be uncommon. If you have these concerns you should share them with someone who has access to you and can examine you.
