Sinus infection?: If you have not noted any blood in your nasal secretion, then one must consider sinusitis as a potential cause. The ear pain however is more suggestive of a jaw problem (teeth grinding, gum chewing etc) and you may need to ask your dentist to check it out if the problem fails to resolve. Cancer is unlikely but not totally impossible even at your age.
