Depends: on if you took Plan B within 72 hours of unprotected sex (when Plan B is most effective) and if you weigh <155lbs (Plan B less effective > 155lbs, and likely ineffective if weigh > 165lbs). Plan B can cause a shift in one's next menstrual cycle so what you are experiencing may be normal. You can check a urine pregnancy test to be sure.
