I've had mono for two weeks. my last menstrual was oct. 17th. there is no possible way i'm pregnant. could mono cause me to miss my period twice?

Amenorrhea: Yes. But there are common reasons females miss their periods or do not ovulate. Birth control or other hormones; being sick, being obese, extreme dieting, too much exercise. These are some of the common reasons for missed periods. Do you talk to your girlfriends about this stuff?
