Probably OK, but...: In addition to the shot of ceftriaxone, doxycycline was given both to increase reliability against gonorrhea and to treat for possible chlamydia, which is often present at the same time. Missing a few doses of doxy probably didn't harm anything. However, you should have been retested after 3-6 months. If that wasn't done, you should be tested now for both gonorrhea and chlamydia.
