Sometimes i feel a pulse near lower left abdomen, groin, usually w gas. no pain. i've ocd and anxious...ovaries? noticed a year ago, infrequent.

Normal artery?: Everybody who's reasonably slender can feel a pulse just below the groin on both sides -- it's the femoral artery. Many folks can feel the iliac, higher up.
