Common: You will have much less acne if you add spironolactone. Give it 3 menst cycles to see full effect. Dose 25 to 200mg once a day, most often 100mg. Not expensive @$16 for 3 months. Usually well tolerated. Anti androgen. Not if pregnant or kidney failure.
