Possible PCOS: Scanty periods, facial hair and acne suggest polycystic ovary syndrome. I advise that you start with a gynecologist and or endocrinologist who can do an ultrasound and labs to confirm elevated androgenic hormones. Sometimes weight loss is helpful if obese. Also, metformin, hormone therapy like birth control pills and spironolactone which is antiandrogenic may help with facial hair and acne.
