Not likely a cyst: A woman with acne and hirsutism and regular periods is usually normal. An ovarian cyst that makes testosterone is quite unusual. Acne and hirsutism is more likely due to family genetics or to pcos. I have my patient with that get blood tests. A family doc, gynecologist or dermatologist can check this for you. Good luck.
