Have enlarged circumvallate papillae and is painful whenever i swallow, i smoke weed/tobacco and have thrown up recently want to know whats causing it?

There are any of: a number of potential causes for your symptoms. It would be reasonable to stop smoking for a few weeks and see if things improve. If not then you should see a health care provider for evaluation.
