Bad heartburn: Stop chewing tobacco, or at least stop swallowing it. Tobacco juice causes lots of people heartburn. Treatment for heartburn may help, but stopping the tobacco is the answer - get help stopping if you have trouble, chewing tobacco is associated with mouth and oral cavity cancer, as well as cancer of the upper digestive tract. It is also a very unappealing and unhygienic habit.
