Suddenly: canker sores, recurrent cold sores, yeast infections w/ any sexual contact, blepharitis & had vaginal streptococcus. underlying immune issue?

Yes: A family doc or infectious disease doctor could run a panel of tests to check it. I am not sure medical science is advanced enough to do anything about it. IVIG infusions are sometimes effective in patients with low globulins, but is terribly expensive, not covered by most insurance AND exposes you to the mercies of possible unknown blood born pathogens. Worth getting it checked if getting worse.

Maybe : Our immune system is versatile and dynamic enough to help cope with the different stressors around us as well as whatever invades our bodies. Having recurrent canker sores / cold sores, together with recurrent vaginal yeast infection can still occur to immunocompetent individuals, blepharitis and streptococcus vaginal colonization are common too. You need 2 c an allergist/immunologist, good luck
