My son got a cut on his upper nose. it's a scab now but noticed on the right side of it is a bit green. is that normal hearing process? he has no pain

That could be normal: or it could be the sign of an infection. In a 2 year old you would like to avoid a lifetime scar in such a prominent place. An infection could lead to significant scarring. You owe it to the child to take him to a health care professional and have the cut/scab/wound evaluated.

Green near cut: May be from re-absorbing blood -like a healing black and blue mark . If painful , swolllen, tender, discharge may be infection. f/u /w /doc
